How Does Reiki Work?
As a Ensofic Reiki practitioner, I act as a vessel, radiating Life Force energy through my hands and into the body of my client. Ensofic Ray is a high-vibrational, non-physical force that is of the purest unconditional love. This energy has a cleaning and purifying effect on the body, helping balance and clear out blocked emotions or stagnant energy.
Types of Treatment
Physical Treatment: Healing the physical body is key to emotional, mental, and spiritual well being. During a physical treatment, Ensofic Reiki charges affected areas of the body with positive energy, which raises the overall vibration, causing negative patterns, beliefs and feelings to break apart. Ensofic Ray is a complementary form of treatment that does not replace or interfere with conventional medical treatment. It is excellent for reducing stress, relaxing the body, and clearing and focusing the mind. Regular contact with Ensofic Reiki will support your overall health, by bringing your mind, body and spirit into balance.
What to Expect
After a short consultation you will lie down fully clothed on a comfortable massage table in a warm and relaxing healing room. I will then begin the treatment, laying my hands gently upon your body in numerous positions. This treatment is extremely relaxing and joyful. Often times, the energy feels so good, the my clients fall into a deep theta sleep to receive this powerful healing. The session ends with an invigorating technique called “ketsueki kokan” which helps to increase blood circulation and rejuvenate you after this relaxing treatment.
The effects and benefits of the treatment may be immediate or may increase within the following 24 hours. While a single treatment is highly beneficial, in some cases, such as chronic illness or severe injuries, for the best results I recommend a series of 10 treatments.
